First and foremost I havent been on here in ages.. so am completely out of touch.
But now that the SRT has been out for a while and I am certain at least the warm weather members have had quite a bit of seat time on the SRT, I would love to hear your opinions on the driveability and response...
For the time being.. and have gone back to the Vette. Bought an 02 Z06.. nice car.. fast.. but doesnt quite have the torque curve or sledghammer finesse of the snake..
But I do see another GTS in my future.
Lets also look at the crash stats..
As a proportion of the numbers built.. I think that the Viper is waay ahead.. My conclusion is if you drive it regularly you will crash..
A sad unfortunate part of the experience. I drove mine about 7.5K in the six odd months before totalling it..
Since the Cam profiles have changed over the years.. I was wondering what year GTS made the most over the advertised 450.. stock..

And realised that I am getting wheel hop, and the rear end swinging out.. on a 1-2 shift even on dry pavement...
