    Tach action - Is it smooth??

    I finally got enough miles to really run up the revs, and it seems that the tach is kind of jerky when it gets above 4500 revs or so, not the smooth swing I would normally expect. Is this normal or do i have some electronics to look into?? Thanks in advance!
