PCM Module. Why a 3 week wait for a part?
Well, I got tired of waiting for the Dealership, called Chrysler Customer Service and Dodge came through and had the PCM Module shipped directly to the Dealership instead of mailing it to Dodge first. The problem was the PCM Module. After the replacement the Viper started and ran fine.- Breck-Viper

My Viper won't start. Mechanic says that PCM Module went out and needs to be replaced. Part was ordered and estimated delivery was 3 - 4 days. Well 5 days have gone by and no part. Parts people at Dealership were now told the part is on back-order and expected delivery date is Sept. 6th...- Breck-Viper

FE Coupe - KZ Status for 5 weeks - When will it be Shipped?
My 2006 FE Coupe has been in KZ status for 5 weeks (since 10/28/05). I check on the status daily, will it change from KZ to ? when it is shipped. Dealer has not been very helpful. They told me two weeks ago that they had 3 cars going my way and were waiting on others. I am not believing this...- Breck-Viper

FE Coupe - KZ Status for 3 weeks - Still @ Plant
I can't believe that my 2006 FE Coupe was released for shipping on 10/28/05 (3 weeks ago) and of as today it is still at the plant. FE Coupe
My 2006 FE Coupe has been in KZ Status since 10/28/05. That will be three weeks on Friday. How much longer will I have to wait? I can't believe Dodge is so slow. We already have 2 ft on snow on the ground and the roads are also snow covered. Guess it will go into storage if I can get it home.- Breck-Viper

Railcar Shipping
I bought a 2006 FE Coupe from a dealer in Ohio. Vehicle is being drop shipped to a dealership in Denver. Ohio Dealer informed me today that car was on a railcar. I thought all Vipers were shipped by enclosed trailers. Is this possible (Railcar Shipping)?- Breck-Viper
