    Having problems generating a password for the membership renewal. I get to the screen that says a key has been sent to my email but nothing shows up. Have tried it several times, while being logged in and out and still nothing gets delivered to my email. Any suggestions? :dunno:

    The job is not too bad to do. Everything is accessible and pretty straight forward. The expense comes in when you start throwing mods in, because it's apart anyways, for those extra ponies ;) :headbang:

    No, the block should be fine. The thin spots on the heads between the different cylinders or if you're looking at the gaskets between the center of each hole.

    The block should be fine but the heads maybe not. You can check them both with a straight bar and feeler gauges to see if they're true or warped. It's usually the thin spots between the cylinders that goes.

    If there truly is something wrong with your evaporator it can only be one of two things. Either it leaks or it is plugged. You can check that by partially charging or vacuuming the system and see if it bleeds down. The low pressure cut out switch can be jumped momentarily to check the state...
