    1997 GTS wont start.

    Must be something simple... I can hear the fuel pump turn on, the battery has plenty of power, the starter is doing it's job until the battery gave up. I have the battery on a charger now.. only variables that are different it's much colder than usual for me and I havnet started it...

    Retaining clip for master push rod.

    Well I got about 2.5 miles of driving out of my GTS before it became undriveable again. Under normal driving the clutch pedal suddenly falls the the floor. sigh.... luckily i'm on a road where I can just coast into a parking lot.. I get under there and see the push rod for the clutch...

    A/C out after A/C "fix"

    Well if its not one thing it's another... About 3 weeks ago I had all 4 seals changed on the compressor the "$4 fix" It blew ice almost literally.... Tuesday I limped the car due to the clutch to the shop to get fixed. Got it back and it blows hot. Not even cool like it could be leaking freon...

    absoluthank has been keeping an ear open for me.. found some nice upgrades from my factory 97's... but would really like to hold out for some ACRs.. they seem impossible to find undamaged or in a whole set. seems like someone crashes one and people sell them wheel by wheel.. sigh...

    I couldnt get my calipers off.. :mad:

    Today I decide it'd be a great day to change my pads, I start with the driver front wheel, get all my tools out. take the wheel off, try to undo the caliper and it's jammed, really jammed. I hit the socket with a hammer to try to loosen it, nothing. I put the wheel back on over frusteration...

    few minor issues with my GTS

    1. passanger side hood likes to rise after every drive about 1/4" 2. passanger door sags, nothing terrible but it could be improved. 3.draws unwanted attention on the road and at gas stations.:D but seriously, are there simple fixes for 1,2?
