Is your front fascia sagging? Sorry, couldn't resist. You might want to look into the 3M clear bra.

I purchased a Mopar bra in July for my 08.The dealership told me the mask was for an 08 based on their computer info. When I received it I noticed the diagram was depicting a older style hood with the louvers being the slit kind, further up the hood. The upper portion could not be attached, the lower part fit.I found this out hours before I was to leave on a roadtrip and needed the paint protection.I installed the lower portion and left off the upper. It protected the paint, but still let insects through the mesh covered portions which covered the foglamps and front grill.I was disappointed.Further,I phoned the dealership at the earliest opportunity, not expecting to return it,but to let them know it didn't fit. They double checked and were adamant it was listed as the part for a 2008.I am now checking into a clear bra, especially since I removed the bra and have since suffered a minor chip on the nose and a cracked foglamp. The only prob is I have hesitancies about attaching a film to my vehicle and how it fares in the long run, especially pertaining to discoloration and long term appearance.Conversely though it would have protected against the scuff and perhaps have saved my lamp.I am going to replace the lamp this week.I just picked up a new one a few days ago and $150.00 dollars later, not including touch up paint.

The filns these days are much better than they were 5 years ago. ClearMask AR has a lifetime warranty from fading, peeling, cracking, or yellowing.

The only problem with the film (I installed Venture Shield as the 3M adhesive is harsher) is the price vs. the mask. Half the time masks cause more damage than they prevent.

If you can afford it, a clear film bra is the way to go.

Chuck I will be calling you in a minute to get one of these. I want to make sure I don't have the same problem as 08Venom above.

I'm not sure what to say,but it appears the part number was 82207928AB
The straps with the hooks could not be attached underhood or to the louvers.
