incredible mph from a bonestocker. Let em be jealous. Really think about this for a minute. Just a few years ago in the early 2000's low 11's @ 129 was tuner car territory............Really unbelievable how far this hp war has taken everyone. Love it.

of course a mustang guy would say that since it is impossible for one of them to even break 13 seconds in the 1/4. LOL. awesome run, totally amazing, wonder what it will do once its broken in and cooler weather.

Did anyone else hear that Ford-Roush-Saleen was putting out 250 special 1000 HP Mustangs from the "factory" next year! Boy that is going to be hard to beat if it is true! This was "bar talk" from other car guys, but they are good guys! Anyone else heard anything??

dumping the clutch at 2500rpm and letting the car bog.[/QUOTE]

Are you speed-shifting (no let-up on gas when changing gears)?

on that run it was 1.89

Not bad but room for improvment. You get that 60' time down to 1.6 and your 1/4 mile time will be knocking on high 10's or lower 11's (shift dependant at this point). Have you tried launching at 3k with 25 psi in the rears?

1.6...........not on street tires. Will have to switch to some slicks or MT's. But I would definitely drop the psi's a bit. Will also put less distress on susp/tranny/joints.
