I am guessing that from the phone number that they are in the Council Bluffs (Iowa) area. They are apparently selling both of their Vipers, one of which is almost sure not to be in hand yet. Be interesting to hear the pitch and if it includes all the original taxes paid (luxury, gas guzzler, etc.). That is assuming it is delivered prior to January 1 (when the luxury tax goes away). Interesting...
