Somehow, the car looks much better and more aggressive than the one shown in Dallas. Ralph and his team did their usual excellent job.

I wonder if the aluminum dash and console are going to carry over into production. You can keep the blue steering wheel, shift knob, and handle though. That knob looks like a cheap rubber ball.

Agreed that knob needs to go. T'was the first thing I replaced on my SRT.

What happens when all you guys buy the 05 and in 06 they come out with 600 HP?

Ummm, I guess we will be enjoying our 500hp models right up until we trade them in on the 600hp (when it shows up) model!

The new coupe needs to get lighter before it gets more HP. Sure, in a straight line the 600 ponies may help it edge the Z06, but the extra "pork" on the current design will make it noticibly more difficult to toss around a road course. Simple laws of physics tell you the momentum of a 3400# car will be more difficult to redirect than that of a 3100# or less car.
