I'm due some new tires and I think I'm going with the PS2's because that's what everyone seems to get for the road. Why do some people get 345's over the 335's. Is there an advantage or disadvantage to either??? :dunno:

I have a 99 gts with stock 18in wheels

Thanks

:drive:

yes they do;

michelin pilot sport cups

345 x 30 x 18

fronts come as;

285 or 295 or 315

I think he was asking about PS2s.

If he wants sticky tires, Pilot Sport Cup and Kumho V710 are both offered in 345/18. So is the BFG drag radial.

I don't know of any non r-compound tire that is offered in a 345/18.

As for the differences between 335 and 345: I don't think there is much of a difference. I've run 345 and 335 on the same wheels. The tires make a bigger difference than the sizes, I think. Right now, the only 345 tires I have are the drag radials. My PS2s and Kumho V700 are both 335/18.
