Hi all, new to the board and new owner. I've been trying to scour the Google machine and any other board for a similar thread but haven't had luck: basically my car will start after in cycle the key 2-3 times.
I will only start first attempt if I try to restart the car within a few moments of turning the car off.
Once it's on, everything is fine...just needs me to send send the fuel 2-3 times. Is this a bad pump, or a bad regulator? Can't seem to find any replacement pumps for a gen 2...so I'm not sure what my options are.

Any assistance would be appreciated!

That would be my assumption to. There is a shrader valve on passenger side of manifold. Put a fuel pressure gauge there and monitor pressure. I suspect yours drops quickly once engine is shut off. Normal operating pressure should be around 55 psi.
