99 GTS ; rear speakers?

Hey Guys, what size speakers do we have in the trunk area? I just replaced the door speakers with a component setup, sounds great. I am looking to also do the rear speakers, any advice? Not looking for mega-boom just great sound and soom boom.. Thanks Wayne

Sound in the GTS *****! Upgrading the rear speakers is really a waste of money. Been there, done that. Sound didn't improve at all! The speakers point straight out into the hatch area and just echos. If you HAVE to have better sound back there, get dedicated 6" subs which are not common. Oh, and they should be 6 ohms unlike 4 ohms in the components up front. A little bass is all you will improve upon. Forget about any type of directional highs as the speaker placement is aweful, even for just rear fill.
