When switching between the A/C mode and the recirculating mode there is a noticeable difference in the air volume from the dash registers, the air flow is less in the recirculating mode as though the air inlet in the car is blocked.

The illustrations in the service manual are rather vague and don't show the actual point of entry for the inside air. Anyone know where the inside air inlet is located on the heater/AC box?
