Any news from you Gen III guys about sticky 19\" rubber?

Somebody has to have contacts within Kumho and Goodrich to know if a 345-30-19 V700/710 or drag radial is in the pipeline.

Need to know soon! I can't see the wear indicators on my rear tires anymore. Maybe too many burnouts?

I actually called Michelin this morning, again, to ask, again, about whether or not the Pilot Sport Cups would be coming out in 345-30-19s this year.

Reply: "No word yet, but we should be getting the word on new sizes within the next four weeks. Keep checking in."

I need them too.

Viper + gears + runflats = little traction.

Viper + gears + mods + runflats = no traction.

With tne new 500 hp Vette, mods are a must.

I smell a group purchase if the new sizes are forthcoming.

I hope Michelin comes through. Viper rubber is a large unserved market. Michelin would own 100% of that market if they would step up to the plate here.

They already own 100% $$$ That's the problem. Type in 345 30 19 tires and you get two choices at the tire rack. Michelins and Michelins.

Although not quite the same size (325/30ZR 19), the new Z06 should have a few tire manufacturers scrambling to make something that should work. After all, they will make more Z06's in the first year than all the SRT-10's made to date... ;)

I wonder if they would work on a 13" wide wheel? Let's see, 20mm narrower tire is about 3/4"...somebody help me.

Plus, I would assume that if Goodrich/Nitto was to make a drag radial with the Z06 in mind, they would make a 335 or 345 that could be stuffed onto the Vette and serve double duty on a Viper. Makes sense to me.
