Just curious if anyone has installed larger fuel rails before? If so, what sort of issues did you run in to?
Thanks

Why are you changing them? What type of power levels are you at?
With properly sized injectors, we have seen, close to 700rwhp utilizing the stock rail in the intake, and there was still noticeable room to spare for more hp!

Thanks Wayne.
I was thinking that with the addition of a supercharger that the stock rails might be insufficient. First go aroung will be around 800hp with future thoughts to more power. But we'll see where the money runs out...
Was just curious about how to do it if I NEED to do it.

Are you talking about 800 hp to the wheels or at the engine?
If you are referring to 800hp at the engine (app. 680-700 at the wheels) , you should be able do it with proper tuning and properly sized injectors using the stock fuel system.

You should worry more about the stock pump than the capability of the internal rail.

Let me know if you are interested in a pump upgrade.
