I've installed head units and speakers before, but just typical R&R stuff. This is my first time using a crossover, however. On my '98 RT/10, both sets of wires (tweeter & woofer) are the same colors leading to their respective connectors - dk green and light green. I couldn't see any capacitor and there are only the typical 2-wire connections to each component.

I've tested using the +/- wires from each speaker for the crossovers inputs (power) and both result in sound.

Does it matter which set I use for input?

Hope this made sense!:boggled:

Thanks for the info. I wasn't sure because I thought the stock setup had some kind of makeshift "crossover" in the form of a resistor or something.
