Autocross Tire Selection Question

I'm autocrossing a 2006 FE coupe and just picked up a set of Hoosier A6 tires on 6-spoke wheels (from JonB). This is my first set of competition tires. I've got a pretty aggressive autocross alignment and will be running in the Super Stock (SS) class.

The autocross weather forecast calls for a 40% chance of light showers (San Francisco California area).

Question - will the Hoosier A6's perform at all with light rain or should I be using the PS2's?

The road surface matters, asphalt vs concrete.

"PERFORM" as in drive down the street carefully? Id be very careful and under 60 mph. Caution.

"PERFORM" with damp / cones? Too slippery when wet, would not win the event.

PS2 wet is like a speedbout with rooster tails.
