My battery ('01 GTS) had died from not being driven enough. I bought a Battery Tender and tried to charge it. After a week it didn't work, so I called DC Roadside assitance. They jump started the car and I dropped it off at the Dealer. The Dealer checked it out and replaced the battery. When they called me to say my car was ready I asked how much it cost. They replied $0... covered under warranty. I was pleasently surprised... very happy DC customer :2tu:

Totally OT, but I found a really nice Chevy dealer here. I foolishly let somebody borrow my Chevy truck, and it came back with a bent crossmember, and the dealership fixed it under warranty. They told me my truck had clearly hit something, but they'd cover it under warranty. Too bad it wasn't a dodge dealership. But any Chevy product I want, I'm a lifetime customer. Service is everything.
