Brake Help needed

I need some help identifying some brakes on the rear of my car. I need to get some brake pads as they are mutilated. Can anyone identify the type of brake pad I need in the red circle.

That's the stock factory brake caliper, just relocated.

So I could go to any parts store and just order the stock rear brake pads?

Any idea what the other one is?
