Canadians, is $105K CDN ($8K off invoice) a good price for a 2004 SRT?

There is a dealership here in Victoria, BC, Canada that is wanting to get rid of a nice red showroom only 2004 SRT-10. I really don't want it but I thought I'd mention it in case that is a better price than someone can get locally. I'd be happy to put anyone in touch with the dealership.

Phiebert- Don't forget to add 6% duty to the 75k. For almost 98k its not worth the trouble. There are dealers that will sell you one for 99k. You should also look into the no GST&PST that Chrysler was offering. If you do your homework, its quite possible you could own a brand new 2004 SRT for 99k EVEN!!!!

Dhady, I stand corrected. What I meant was there is no warranty on imported SRT'S. With regards to the GST&PST, I know when my neighbour purchased his 2004 SRT he paid 99k including both taxes. I believe that Chrysler was offering that perk for the month of December. I was skeptical until I saw his bill of sale. Hey CRAIG 201 MPH, how much for the bridge!!!

Krazy is right, on new vehicles I know they are not charging GST anyway, quite possibly not PST either. Obviously that just means they are absorbing that in their price but it does make a big difference.

I'm sure I could get this Viper for $99K too if I can show a copy of someone else's purchase for that. Feel like forwarding it to me?

btw, there is no 6% duty on domestic built vehicles. The Viper only has to pay PST&GST at the border and some misc fees that should not exceed $1000 cdn.
