Purely speculatively speaking I would speculatively guess about 200 speculative dollars. Obviously you are not going to do it because of all the trees that would die and the global temp going up another 10° . But if you live somewhere that you can do it, like 80% of the rest of the world then you could get it done for cheap and then throw the old cats in the ocean to act as an artificial reef for the fish.
