Well I went ahead and removed the secondary cats on my 03 SRT. Cut out the cats and welded in some 2 1/2 inch pipe. I attempted to gut the cats but quickly decided to just cut them out. My primary goal was to reduce the heat in the cabin and sills. It seems to be a touch louder with reduced cabin heat but no real difference in sill heat.
