Just picked up my Viper from the dealer who installed 3" Corsa exhaust, Random Tech Hiflo Cats, K & N filters/smooth tubes today.

Noticed on the way home that the check engine light is on....I'll call them tomorrow, but any thoughts from you guys on why?

Thanks in advance!!

PS: Now my Viper actually SOUNDS like it has a V10!!!!

No, no new header. I'll ask about the Oxygen sensors though.

Another question: Does installation of a B & M Ripper shifter void the warranty on the transmission on a new Viper?

"I Predict" the light will go out on its own after 3-4 run cycles. A run cycle = Start+drive a few minutes+Shut off.

If they did not screw up an O-2 sensor that is, or an air sensor on the intake box.....

If you install an internal mod to the tranny, like an (appropriately named) RIPPER, the Zone or even the dealer could indeed void the TRANNY warranty. 50% chance max

Just get an MGW short-throw knob and drive happy !
