I live at the end of a dirt road, so my Viper constantly gets dirty.
Here are some products I have found that I like:
Mr. Clean kit:
This is a thing that attaches to your hose. It comes with soap, and a filter that "softens" your water so it doesn't leave water spots.
The combination of the Mr. Clean soap, and using the filter to filter your hose water means that you don't need to hand dry your car. Just let it "drip dry" and you still don't get water spots. This is a great product for quick washes when you aren't waxing and don't want to take the time to hand dry your car. The filter works well, even with our very "hard" mineral rich water here in Colorado.
Eagle 1 Wax as you Dry:
A very simple to use spray-on wax that gives a very nice gloss and shine. You just spray on a litttle bit while drying the car. Saves time, looks good.
Armour All Car Wash Wipes:
A package of "wet wipes" for doing cleaning touch ups on your car, without having to really wash it. Works great for me, getting minor road dirt off my car when I want it to look extra shiny.
