clutch/brake pedal assy

For a 94 rt10 what is this part called. What is the best source in getting one? Mine wore through the bushings then the metal over a quarter inch. It was ok until I put in a new clutch,slave,and master, but I think the thickness of the new disc will not allow me to get into any gear with the clucth depressed.
