cold air intake

I was thinking of ordering Elites cold air intake system.Has anybody had any experience with it?How does this compare to just smooth tubes and k/ns?

Is this the intake you are referring to? http://www.vipairperformance.com/ If so ... Do you still use your smooth tubes and K/N filters and the stock airbox?
What is the price of this intake?
