One of the SRT10 Verts I'm interested in has been upgraded with a Corsa exhaust. I'm familiar with Corsa (good design & quality manufacter) but not with their Viper products. Can someone answer a few questions?

The 03-06 Viper product appears to repace just the mufferes in the side pipe enclosures, is that correct?

Is is much louder than stock? Much drone at cruise speeds in 5th or 6th gear?

Has anyone done before and after dynos when installing this exhaust system?

BTW what do typical 03-06 SRT10 Vipers Dyno At the Rear Wheels.

Thanks

I purchased the Corsa Track for my '06 Coupe.

It replaces the mufflers and tailpipes.

It is noticeably louder than stock, but not obnoxious IMO. The stock cat converters also muffle the exhaust, so if you remove them and go with straight pipes, it'll really scream!:omg:

They really don't seem to drone when cruising, again - IMO.

One thing I can tell you is the Viper Tech who installed mine said the Corsa system was much nicer than the Mopar system he installed on another Viper.

Can't help ya with Dyno numbers.

I agree with Hamrhead as far as sound and drone goes. I gained 19 rwhp with K&N intake, high flow cats and corsa track 3 inch system. The corsa probably gave me 3 to 5 rwhp, but the sound is incredible and the quality is excellent.
