Checking his recent purchases/bidding, he's not some kid buying CD's and video games. Purchased a SeaDoo and an F150. Also bidding on Viper's and Viper stuff. Seems legit.

Send him an e-mail...see if he replies in broken English with a sob-story about his dead father leaving him the wheels which will be shipped from Portugal after you wire him funds via Western-Union...
