EL MIRAGE 1.3 mile speed Challenge in A/BGT

Svsi is looking at going to EL MIRAGE. We did some testing with our stock bodied GTS-TTRS at Maxton, NC. Svsi ran 220 mph in A/BGT at the Maxton Mile.The A/BGT class at EL MiRAGE is open and has a minimum that you have to exceed 175 mph in 1.3 miles. SVSi has been teched in A/BGT and have our license to 250 mph+. No one has run this class at EL MIRAGE so it should not be to challenging to run 235 to 260 the first time out in 1.3 miles for a Twin Turbo stock bodied Viper.

Hmmmm, thats fairly close for all us SoCal guys, we should head on up and spectate. Don't bring vipers though unless you like driving down 3 miles of dirt roads and what not.

you gonna pull 6th gear with the stock 3.07 gear or are you gonna try to max out 5th gear with a 2.73 gear in the rear?

They blew 5th... 6th is mechanically a weaker gear than 5th. Logic tells me the car won't even have a T56 but likely a REAL tranny with a moderate OD and a much lower (numerically (that means numbers)) rear end gear.

There is a reason all the fast 1/4 mile cars gear them to only hit 4th, same principle applies here.
