Engine Code P1719 Skip shift????

Got this code and looked it up & it's the skip shift code. I did put a skip shift eliminator on the car. The car is stock. I bought the eliminator for $20.00 from ebay 2 months ago and never tripped a code. Now I get the code. The car still seems to run fine though. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone else use the skip eliminator and where did you get it from if you did?
Trying to keep the car stock and even to this I get a hassle.

If by chance you were considering an SCT-Flash device, we sell them also, and it can be turned off at the PCM level in the process.
