Events in NJ

Hey all,
I'm kinda new here. I own an '89 5.0, but LOVE vipers, just can't afford one. Anyways, I would like to start going to some of the viper events around here. Could some of you fill me in as to when/where some of the upcoming events are?

You just missed a great event in Red Bank! Over a dozen Snakes, 2 Diablos, assorted Ferraris, BMW Z8 and lots of auction goodies that raised over $2500 for charity!

Wish I had checked the events calendar sooner, I would've gone. I'm only going to be in Jersey until about mid August, then I'm moving down to Knoxville. Checked out the map and it looks like a trip to Viper Days @ VOI might be in the schedule. Some of the mustang clubs up here have monthly meets or just random meets, you guys ever do that?
