I just bought a Fidanza flywheel (Thanks MIKE!!), but I'm wondering what clutch would work best for 550rwhp on motor and the occasional 100 shot.

1. I have a centerforce pressure plate in the car now using a stock clutch disc, but I'm wondering if there is a better clutch disc i could use for this application?

2. The sling weights on the pressure plate are getting noisy at idle. Anything I can do besides cutting them off??

3. Where can I get the bolts for the flywheel?

4. I have this disc in the garage...would this be more than good enough??

Thanks,
Steve

I have original clutch with 300 shot. It took me 3 years to destroy it.
Same cluch today with Roe blower. No problems. I roadrace and drag race.
With 600HP I dont really see a reason to spend more. Another thing if you have 800 or more....

Did you upgrade your pistons to forged for the nitrous?

How do you like the flywheel?

And like what has been said what is wrong with the OEM clutch?

Don't plan on upgrading the pistons until its time for the turbo. Sprayed a 200shot for a year on the bone stock motor without any issues.

Only reason I look for clutch disc advice is because I want to keep the centerforce pressure plate.
