Thanks to the recent posts on potential fire in the engine compartment due lose caps on the Power steering resovoir I checked mine and found it just about ready to come off. I have a 2001 GTS that I bought from Bill Pemberton. It has just 1500 miles on it! Bill, if you read this post could you check and see if there is any kind of Service bulletin that address this item!

OK.

Put on a work glove for best grip.

Go to your Viper and open the hood.

Tighten the cap REALLY tight.

Forget about it til next engine oil check

PRE-FLIGHT IS A MUST!!

If there are any Pilots out there you know what I mean!

Do a walk-a-round!!
Open hood: Check fluids-levels [caps!] Good visual inspection!!
Then exterior: Tires, body panels, cleanliness!

And time to take off!
