Fuel Gauge Question..........

When I fill her up the gauge only goes just past 3/4 tank. Anyone else have this problem? and if so does this mean I can run below empty?

Then you must not be shutting off your engine. Otherwise a Viper will gain on the gas pump.

Might be a good idea to recalibrate the float in the tank. When I switched out my stock gauges for Autometers the send unit had to be recalibrated.

Once corrected the needle went from Chapt.11 to a much more accurate straight 7.

Mine seems like it is stuck on empty all the time, but I don't think it is broken.

Most Vipers are the opposite. They read empty with 4 gallons still in the tank.

My GTS is the same. I put $20 to get 1/2 tank of gas and go home.
I turn on the car the next morning and its at 1/4 of a tank. I only
live 1 mile from the gas station. Very inconsistent gauge.....
