Gen 1 code reader

Who makes a code reader for a 1995? I have a Actron CP9145 and it doesn't work on a Viper.

Roe racing sells them, called OBDII I believe.

I bought mine from Roe as well, but you can buy them at Harbor freight for 20 bucks cheaper and its the same

Thanks, but I need a OBDI (1995) reader/reset. The Viper is a strange animal when it comes to the readers. The CP9145 I have does OBDI and II but won't do a Viper.
