Gen 1 head gasket update?

It seems a few months back I was reading about a good quality head gasket at a reasonable price. I just did a search and can't seem to find it. I also thought I saw a nice "how to" write up for tips and tricks.

Of course, this all could have been one night of pleasent dreams. Anyway, I want to help out a friend and try to get this done with him, anyone know what I am referring to or give advice?
