GTS2/ACR Seatbelt recall Notice - Build Sequence?

Hi fellow recallees:

I received my seatbelt recall notice. Notification No. 979.

I notice at the bottom of the card on the left part of the card a number:

000098

I'm wondering if this number is unique and may be an indicator of the build sequence for my ACR. Can anyone elaborate. Is your number the same?
