Bilsteins's colors ARE powder blue and yellow but they don't own this combination. I snooped around but could find no mention of any Bilstein shocks available for any Dodge other than trucks.
They could have offered something a few years ago and just dropped them off their books when they discontinued things. If you are realy curious someone at Bilstein USA could probably tell you if Vipers were ever in their catalogue.
