Glujan

I have a '00 RT/10 that had a similar problem right at the factory when I picked it up. The guys there just wiggled it a little and the top popped in. I now do the same thing, it just takes a few extra seconds. It isn't something I have ever taken it to the dealer for.

glujandc,
It may only be a little shrinkage in the "Sport Bar Pad" [not roll bar]. It ony takes a little shift to keep the rear latchs from hooking. There are four bolts holding the pad on. From up underneath, loosen them and see if you can't shift it back over. The pin that the latchs hook to wants to be centered in the rectangled hole as you look down through it.
Maybe this will help?
