Hatch struts

Hello all,

Probably a stupid question, but is there a trigger or something that releases the pumps for the back hatch? I swapped out the old ones with new and couldnt get it to close. Thought you guys were a better source than autozone.

Probably not. But since it sounds like you bought them at Auto Zone and not Dodge, you might want to remove them and confirm they work with one end on the pavement. They may be too strong.
