You will need:
Expect to take a full weekend at a leisurely pace or one LONG day.
Viper Service Manual for your particular year car
Good set of tools and a GREAT Torque wrench
One helper (patient wife with a good attitude works fine)
Head Gaskets, intake set, all related fluids, etc (fairly obvious)
Read the service manual. There are newer torque specs from Chrysler than will be listed in your manual. (email me for specifics on those)
It is suggested but not necessary to change to a new set of head bolts.
Thats about it. Before getting in the industry as a job I used to do this stuff in my garage too. I learned some things the hard (real hard) way. Take care!
