Hello, membership questions

I joined the site a few weeks ago. Bought my Viper last week. Became a Venom VCA member last night. I followed the link, tried to set it up, but I still don't have a venom avatar image, and it won't let me post in the Houston club forum. How do I get this fixed? THanks in advance.
