How many miles out of a clutch?

I am installing a aluminum flywheel. My car has 12000 fairly easy miles on it. Would you replace the clutch?

All depends on how hard you have used it, might be good for a long time still. Can you see that the surface is worn or deteriorating at all? Was the flywheel hot spotted?

Flywheel is very ****. The pressure plate has a couple of blue spots and is a little wavy like a brake rotor.
