How much should I expect to pay for a set of head gaskets and valve cover gaskets on a 96' GTS. Are there different type of gaskets?

Hey Martin, give Cory at Snake Oyl Products a call 608-849-9878. He may or may not have any but I had the head gaskets replaced on my Gen1 when I had my blower installed and somehow, he got them when nobody else could.
