I remember the previous plates with the Snake logo. I am also curious - just how DO you get that through the State of Illinois? I have no doubt that few, if any other states offer this type of option/service. VERY cool!

I'm pretty sure it just takes talking to the right people and paying some money. After all, this is the state that brought you the 'License for Bribes' scandal.
Actually all states allow for this to happen. You just have to be willing to do the work necessary to make it happen. As in all cases, some will be more or less difficult, but at least we have a model to follow.
