And say what you want about the Edelbrock Headers, but they are the only legal Viper headers for California (as far as I know). They came with awesome instructions and ARP fastners. Bolted right up to my Random Tech high flow cats and exhaust (also purchased from Parts Rack). No welding required. Quality looked great and the fit was nice. Took all of Saturday to install them, but the ride to work this morning was worth it!!! Notice my girl in the second photo, putting a wire loom on the O2 sensor extension. She helped me out all day and made the job much easier. :) And yes, I put the factory heat shielding back on after all was said and done. Such a shame to cover those beauties up!

Beautiful Job and congrads..DONT forget to put the heat shields back on over the header manifold under the hood..You will melt wiring otherwise from the heat..

Yeah, what John said. I went with the SSR's because they're the lightest wheels out there, and they're a cool, dark bluish color. I bought those from Jon too. He's always taken good care of me. :)

Yeah, I love hearing the headers. Sounds great, and the overall sound of the Viper is a bit more agressive now as well. Couldn't be happier.

Here's a shot of the car the day the SSR's went on:

Fantastic! I wasn't aware of the Edelbrock headers for Vipers.

I didn't know there were ANY headers legal in California, glad you said so. (A reputable source had told me that there wasn't any)

SSRs look like a great way to go, too, for weight savings.

yeah, they even ship with a fancy sticker with the EO# and have the plate welded onto the drivers side header. good stuff for the next time I have to smog.
