Hi guys. I'm swapping intake manifolds today. Pulled the fuel line out of the old manifold and there's what looks to be an o-ring at the end of the fuel line. It's pretty mangled, so I need a new one. Found a generic o-ring that looks very similar, but I figure if I can get the proper one, I'd be better off.

Maybe I'll have to wait till Monday and call the Wizard and wait for the part, but I'd like to keep making progress.

I had the same issue when I had my manifold off. I went to the dealer to get a replacement and was told it came as part of the fuel line assy. Finally a knowledgeable service manager pointed the parts guy to the green a/c o-ring kits they had on hand. It was hard to actually determine the correct o-ring size, as the existing o-ring came out completely deformed and expanded.

Bumping this back up from the past. Does anyone have a part number or source for this o-ring? Mine is shot. Thanks

Mine is mangled as well. Does any one have an actual size on this O ring?
