Sounds like a great deal! The normal MSRP includes the gas guzzler tax, but not the luxury tax (at least in Iowa). Check the details on the tax part of it to see what is included. The luxury tax is pretty high and we tend to forget about it until we sit down to write the check. Those extra costs add up.

If the deal has the gas guzzler removed, you are up another three grand if I am not mistaken. I doubt they would have removed it because it is on my sticker. Sounds like a very good deal.
