Matched wheels???

I had my car on a lift last week and noticed a Sharpie marking on the inner lip of one of the wheels. It was "300". I checked the next 2 wheels and found "300" on them. The fourth wheel had "30.5" written on it. The oddball wheel makes me wonder if it is unmatched to the other 3. Any ideas what the numbers mean?
