Need interior lighting help ASAP

I asked a few weeks back about my interior dash lights not working some said put a new dimmer switch in,well I did it and still not working. Used a test light on the fuse box and everything works except for fuse number 5, the 4 amp fuse is fine but the box is not getting any juice to that one spot. Chuck Tator told me to check the fuseable links under the hood and they are all fine too. what is wrong??? anyone every have this issue?

Sounds like you're going to need a shop manual's wiring diagram and back-track the connections to the source, until you find the break.
